"Timrå - not all about Zetterberg...
Timrå has gotten alot of attention due to their top prospect Henrik Zetterberg. Many think that the team will have a very tough time in the Elite League and if Zetterberg would get injured the chances of remaining in the league would be close to zero.
But I actually think that the team is way underrated. They have some valuable experience in players like, Boo Ahl, Marcus Karlsson, Stefan Klockare, Anders Huss and Timo Peltomaa. At the same time there's a good mix with prospects (Per Hallin, Christian SÖderström, Linus Fagemo, Pär Styf) and more established players (Markus Matthiasson, Mikael Lind, Robert Carlsson etc...)
Rumors also say that Timrå is currently in contact with NHL-center from Toronto Maple Leafs. He has said that he want's to play in Europe for one season, and we may very well find him in Timrå this season. Timrå has one prospect in particular that I find very interesting, 20-year old Per Hallin, who played with Södertälje in the 2nd-tier league last season. He is a speedy winger with a pretty good shot and fine work ethics. Hallin had a good WJC-20 - tournament this past winter scoring 1 goal and 6 assists in 7 games."
