73Sjöbba: It is highly recommended that you use the Setup Wizard for a first time installation. Otherwise if the Setup Wizard does not successfully configure your DI-804, fill in the appropriate fields at right that describe you Internet connection.

MAC Address
Some Cable providers require your MAC address to ensure authentication. If all other settings are verified as correct and you still cannot access the Internet contact your Cable company and inform them of the MAC address listed at the right.
